Recently my neice happened to chew thermometer and it broke in her mouth.She was hospitalised immediately and was saved. So I would like to know about it if such things happens in future.]]></description>

							<description><![CDATA[•	Have everyone else leave the area; don&#8217;t let anyone walk through the mercury on their way out. Make sure all pets are removed from the area. Open all windows and doors to the outside; shut all doors to other parts of the house.<br/>
•	DO NOT allow children to help you clean up the spill.<br/>
•	Mercury can be cleaned up easily from the following surfaces: wood, linoleum, tile and any similarly smooth surfaces.<br/>
•	If a spill occurs on carpet, curtains, upholstery or other absorbent surfaces, these contaminated items should be thrown away. Only cut and remove the affected portion of the contaminated carpet for disposal. <br/>
•	Use the eyedropper or syringe to collect or draw up the mercury beads. Adhesive tape strips may also be used to clean up any tiny remaining mercury droplets. Slowly and carefully squeeze mercury onto a damp paper towel. Place the paper towel in a zip lock bag and secure.<br/>
•	Wash humans and animals exposed to mercury using an alkaline soap.<br/>
•	Do not place mercury-contaminated substances in the trash.<br/>
•	Sprinkle fine powder sulfur or zinc on the spill site to bind any remaining mercury.<br/>
•	NEVER POUR LIQUID MERCURY OR MERCURY COMPOUNDS DOWN THE DRAIN. SINCE MERCURY IS HEAVIER THAN WATER, IT WILL ACCUMULATE IN THE S-TRAP OF YOUR DRAIN AND MAY CONTINUE TO EMIT HARMFUL VAPORS.]]></description>

							<description><![CDATA[Both myself and my brothers use to play with mercury... We&#8217;d pour it over our closed eyes and even spit it through our mouth.<br/>
<br/>
The scare of it&#8217;s toxicity is way overblown. All of us are doing fine and have had no ill side effects from mercury.<br/>
